I have put this article together because many people are unhappy with their financial situation and Big Brothers greedy taxation of their funds. The Offshore world is exciting and lucrative however most people don't know the first thing about going offshore and what it really means. Similarly they dont know anything about being a PT, the six flags theory or dual citizenship. This article is a very general overview however I have included a couple of very useful resources I use regularly and have found to be quite literally worth their weight in gold.

Offshore

So what do we mean by offshore?

Basically we are talking about any country where taxes are levied at a reduced rate or not at all compared to your home country. Furthermore very often there is limited exchange of information with foreign tax authorities.

In spite of a huge effort by western governments in 2009 to stop money going abroad, it has had very limited effect. Its purpose was to scare people who had undeclared funds abroad.

Peter McFarlane from Qwealth said at the end of 2009 "Despite highly-publicized government crackdowns on tax evasion around the world during the past year, spearheaded by the G20-OECD 'anti tax haven' blacklisting and the US attack on UPS after defection of Bradley Birkenfeld, more billions are headed for offshore banks and tax havens than ever before - with good reason, and it's all completely legal."

It is legal to move assets to avoid taxation!

Banking abroad is very often safer and more secure than your home country because of their need to remain squeeky clean. Bank failures are practically unheard of in comparison to many western countries mainly due to the fact that they deal with money that is backed up by assets such as gold and silver. These countries have not allowed themselves to get involved in lending money that has no asset back up - fiat money - which western countries have done.

However there is another reason for going offshore - people are now feeling very unhappy as every aspect of their private life is an open book especially their finances. They feel trapped however many are accepting that's just the way it is and are too frightened or secure to look for a better solution. This complete lack of awareness of who they really are is making people feel isolated, unconnected and miserable. If people realised that they have infinite personal power available to them and once they exercised this and worked out what they really want out of life, they would know that no government or force on earth could stop them providing their goals are based on truth and integrity, consciousness and freedom. Speaking of freedom let's talk about the PT.

PT

The word PT came about from mans need to pigeon hole every aspect of his life. Many people who are living the PT lifestyle are not aware that they are described as PTs. PT can mean anything from perpetual traveller, permanent tourist, prior tax payer etc. I even read an article where it suggested PT stood for Potential Terrorist - no doubt written by a government bureaucrat.

A PT works outside the normal rules however he operates totally legally. A PT is a freedom loving person who pushes beyond his conditioned, secure and manufactured upbringing that many governments control. The PT can take advantage of the fact that most governments will treat visitors or tourists to their country much better than the poor residence of that country. The PT will use the government of that country as a service provider. He doesn't neccessarily live out of a suitcase but spends the maximum time allowed in that country before he has a tax liability. Very often this is as much as 5 months. The reason he does this is because as a human being he rightly assumes his life is his own for him to do what he wants with and providing he doesn't adversely affect anyone else he should be left to get on with it.

This of course puts great responsibility on the PT as he is responsible for his own life and cannot blame anyone else for the way it turns out. Few people are aware enough or brave enough to pursue the PT lifestyle. Many people don't even question the right for government to exist never mind to control every aspect of their lives. The PT doesn't have to be rich. Many are not, however it is a good idea to have a source of income which doesn't rely on you having to be in any one country. Investments and an internet business are ideal for this. The PT lifestyle is loosely based on the six flags theory.

Six Flag Theory

Originally it was the 3 flag theory highlighted by Harry Schultz and then that become the 5 flag theory promoted by W G Hill and the latest is the 6 flag theory by ByeByeBigBrother.

The idea is by incorporating flags you do not have one single government controlling you but use each government as a service provider. This is because as I said earlier governments treat their visitors much better than their own citizens.

1. You should have your citizenship in a country that does not tax income which is earned outside the country;

2. You should have your 'official' domicile in a country that does not tax income outside of the country. Of course you will not have to spend any time there if you don't want to;

3. Business bases, this is where you make your money, somewhere with low corporate rates of tax;

4. Playgrounds - this could be anywhere really. The laws of that country will restrict how long you spend there for tax purposes so you will probably need several;

5. Asset haven - this is somewhere you keep your money, with low tax on savings interest and capital gains tax;

6. The Internet - allows you to be anywhere. You can legally use software to protect your IP address and therefore your location.

Of course the ideal situation is not to be resident anywhere and thus you would become a PT. Because you are not in any one country for long enough you are treated as a tourist and not taxed. You keep your assets safely offshore in company names or simply rent or lease.

Dual Citizenship

Dual citizenship follows the same pattern of beliefs that offshore investing, PT and the Six Flags Theory follow. That is no one has the right to control your life providing you are not interfering adversely with any one else. Of course few governments share this point of view and want to control every aspect of your life. Dual citizenship is not something that your government will promote. It's a bit like promoting offshore investments. It would be financial suicide for the government if the masses legally moved their money abroad.

Most people don't realise that your passport remains the property of your government and therefore can be revoked at any time. It is therefore prudent to have a second citizenship so if your passport was confiscated or your government restricted movement you could legitamately travel using your other passport. A second passport could also help you reduce your taxes, take part in investments that you were unable to with your present passport and also to reduce the risk from kidnappers because of your present citizenship.

Whether we talk about offshore, PT, Flag Theory or Dual citizenship we are talking not just about fianances or how to get round your governments greedy taxes, we are talking about something much deeper, something that is part of everyone of us, but which many constantly suppress so they can continue with their conditioned attitudes and daily life because they feel safe. I am talking about awareness and therefore freedom! There are various heroes throughout history who have fought and died for freedom. If it wasn't for them various countries would not have developed into free countries. However these same countries are no longer free but the masses are manipulated and conditioned to believe they are. This shackling of various parts of your life has happened so slowly as to be virtually unnoticed. It is speeding up very quickly now and is becoming very noticeable.

Can you feel it?

Just ask yourself a few questions.

Are you completely happy?

Do you crave security so much that you are willing to let people you don't know, watch you, steal from you and control every aspect of your life?

Do you feel so inadequate that you are afraid of taking responsibility for your own life, just in case you fail?

And by the way the richest and most influential people in history have all failed many many times before they became successful.

I feel that we are reaching a very special time in history where people are being so suppressed that they will carry on with their daily drudge, feeling powerless and accepting the status quo, or shout from the roof tops how unjust the world is and how their life is not very nice because of government, religion, their job or the neighbours next door, or they will quietly begin a goal focused life based on truth, wealth and freedom and live the life that they deserve.
